How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please click here. You can also find the reset password link in the footer area of the site or on the login page.

How do I register for an account?

To register for an account, please go to the Registration Page. You will require an Account Number from Tire Discounter Group to become an approved member.

Where can I see my Order Status?

Your Order status is available in My Account –> Orders

Something on the site isn't working or I am having an issue

We would love to help! Please contact us. On the Contact page please perform the following steps:

  1. Chose the option in the drop down menu that says: I am having an issue or need help
  2. Please describe the issue to the best of your ability.
  3. Someone will reach out you to discuss the issue

Bonus: If you can let us know what browser you are working in (ie: Chrome, Firefox or Safari), what you were doing when the issue happened and what Operating System you are using (ie: iOS Sierra or Windows 10). These details will help us try to replicate and solve the problem.

CO-OP Dollars

Where can I find out how many CO-OP dollars I have?

Your CO-OP dollar balance will always be visible on the top right hand corner of the website. You can also view your balance in My Account –> My CO-OP Dollars.

How do I use my CO-OP dollars against my order

You will be able to use your CO-OP dollars at checkout only. There are 3 different scenarios:

  1. CO-OP dollar amount equal to, or more than your order: They will all be used against the order
  2. CO-OP dollar amount that is less than your order: You will be asked to apply the partial amount to your order. Someone will contact you for the remainder amount via invoice.
  3. If you have no CO-OP dollars: You will be required to pay the full amount via invoice. Someone will be in contact with you.

Orders

I have not received my order; how can I find the order status or tracking number??

To view your order status, please go to My Account –> Orders.

To view your tracking number, under your existing order (found in the Orders tab), click on the “View” Button to see all the order details. This area will contain your tracking order number.

You will also be notified via email of your order tracking number.

I did not receive the right item, size or colour; how do I return it?

Can I place custom orders for items not shown on the website?

Yes, please contact us and provide a description of what you are looking for.  New products must be approved by Tire Discounter Group.
