Products eligible for return are:

  • Items completed with incorrect customization.
  • Items damaged during shipment.
  • Items that are defective.

Product can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order.

Returned items must be in good condition and in their original packaging (unless item is being returned because it was received damaged).

To return your order please contact us using our form:

  • Fill in your contact details
  • Choose the option “Orders and Returns”
  • Provide the product name(s) you would like to return and reason for return

We will then contact you with the next steps needed to complete the return
